Hi my name is Pinder, I enjoy turning complex problems into simple, beautiful and intuitive designs .

I have worked in full-service marketing agency environments. Proven ability of developing projects from inception through to production to final delivery. I have worked on a wide range of materials from videos, websites, social media and branding projects.

I have collaborated with the Planning and Production teams to ensure the delivery of design projects are consistently completed on time and I have lead the development of creative concepts and present projects to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Built and maintained working relationships with the external design agencies to deliver directly to the brief.

Defined the offering and developed the team to produce consistently high quality creative work and still managed large volumes of work to the highest level, whilst keeping to demanding deadlines.

I can work effectively using my own initiative, as well as part of a team and have direct experience across multiple ranges of direct teams e.g.; Digital team, Photographers, Filming team, Print team, Account managers, Project managers and worked long side creative directors.

I also have lead multiple teams to ensure that work is completed on time and on budget. A highly talented, extremely motivated, dedicated, reliable and a hard-working individual with a professional eye for detail.

I have developed excellent presentation skills with large organisations which include pitching to the NHS and Weight Watchers. Big passion for creating both digital and print design for a wide range of print campaigns, publications, website and online advertising. I will always strive to find the best solution for the company.
